My problem still remains and no call has been made at the time of request, so I'm highly disappointed by how I am treated as a new customer with this being my second month and 1 whole month worth of a problem, I don't understand what is the purpose of a service if it is not being rendered accordingly. I would never recommend anyone to go with rain.
