My prepaid contract was cancelled in 2021

I have cancelled my account with rain on the 12th September 2021, i received an email on the 24th Oct 2023 and they are now threatening to hand over my account for outstanding fees. I received a cancellation email and i was never told of any outstanding fees.

I have not received any communication regarding this account and according to me this has been cancelled 2 years back.

Please can you kindly explain why I have not been contacted by rain and notified before handing this account over? As a loyal client for years, I would have settled the outstanding amount a long time ago.

To my surprise, after paying the outstanding amount there's still another amount for 479 outstanding, @ rain please sort out your mess ASAP.
