My new rain 101 is not giving an internet connection

My brand new rain 101 router is not working, it keeps saying no internet access on my laptop, I can’t even check Wi-Fi speed on the router, one minute on the router the network bar is full with 5g In the centre and the next the screen is blank on with the rain logo at the top of the screen, I don’t know why this happening as I seem to not be owing a single cent to rain
