My network is jamming at 240 p...while i have 5g this is not fare

Rain is fooling us ...they fix the condition of my network for only 2 weeks afterwards i experience weak ..connection when im using youtube is jamming up and down nd worst part im using 5g ..so this is disingenuous of them to be treating vip like this ...rain is ******** us serious ..lets take charge against rain...im not happy cause month end i must pay...meanwhile we didn't have full access as promised...come on guys its still early ..jan and we experiencing this kinda issues..no its not acceptable 😕....thinking of changing to mtn
