Not only was the issue resolved but there was service aftercare from the Support Consultant, he made sure I understand the issue and that it wasn't my own doing however Rain is aware of the debacle, he further made constructive changes to my billing schedule to suite both Rain and myself as a customer. 5 star service was portrayed.
