My issue I'm having is that I have made a payment about 24hrs ago and up till now my services have not been reinstated

My issue I'm having is that I have made a payment about 24hrs ago and up till now my services have not been reinstated. Payment was made in a checkers store and proof of payment was even uploaded but its still not resolved. Everytime I contact the call centre although the agents are helpful all they can do is escalate the matter and let me know I just have to be patient and my services will be reinstated. The reason for this message is that I hope someone can sort my matter out as it's been already escalated which I don't need I just want my service to be active. My reference number ***
