My Internet has been down for 4 days now and there is no sense of urgency to get it sorted out

My Internet has been down for 4 days now and there is no sense of urgency to get it sorted out. The other 2 consultants that I was talking to hung up on me and my matter has been escalated but still no luck. They said an email would be sent out to me but I'm still waiting on it. We pay for nothing. The network is bad. Before they can give us rain one services they should probably consider sorting out their network for home routers because it's bad😏
