My internet connection was intermittent when I first got the ZTE modem, even after moving the modem around the house. After complaining to Julia she arranged for a technician to come assist me set up. The technician changed my ZTE modem to one of their older/previous Huawei modems, which is now working perfectly. My WIFI connection is now permanently there. I would have returned the Rain modem after one month and rather subscribed to a Fiber service provider, had it not been for the intervention and great service from the call centre agent, Julia and the friendly technician.
