My Internet connect...

My Internet connection was disconnected due to an invoicing mishap, of which a nice Indian lady whose name I've now forgotten ( but to the effect of Schwas...) , swiftly assisted with my reconnection. The telecomms lady I communicated with was kind, efficient, calm, and most importantly: she listened to my grievance and acted with much expedience in helping to get my issue resolved.
