My Huawei 5G router is down.

On the 26th June , Ive reported my huawei 5G router being down and log a call with a service egent. I made several follow up calls days after, and nothing has been done so far neither technician nor collection or any explaination about the delay , Pls tell me why the delay as im using connection for personal and business purporses now im left frustrated without any answer.

The router is totally down , no green or red light coming up even after ressetting . One of you support tried to trouble shoot while i was on the line with her to no success. This was only done the first day I reported the fault.
