My Hell Experience With Rain

Rain promised me that on the first month I will pay R1.00 and the following month they will deduct the full amount, but that was a lie from the pit of hell, the first when I started the salesperson sent me the order for R1.00 and I payed for it, there I was thinking that rain is truthful, four days later they deducted the full amount, I contacted them they gave me a false reference number to this day a month later no one is able to assist me at Rain, someone please help.
