My experience with Rain is nothing but struggles

My experience with Rain is nothing but struggles. Now I need to pay more after I already paid for April month in May and yet they still ask for payment right after they stopped my internet services during May month. The reason for me to be stopping the services are due to bad to almost no signal all the time. Where is the company’s phone number? Rain is a bad services provider.
