My experience with rain by far has been great, even the call centre follow ups is amazing as it’s clear they do care about the feedback coming from the clients are in. The agent I spoke to a few moments ago has been of great am, spoken in a very professional manner and not to mention the smile while speaking (very important). These are things that are noticed by the client even though the assistance is telephonically. For that I am thankful keep up the good work!
