My experience was terrible

My experience was terrible. I ordered my router 7 days ago and collected it 3 days ago and never had access to internet. I wasted so much money going to collect my router and buying airline continously to call with regards to having this issue sorted. Rain doesn't deserve 4 stars, the agent that helped me, Shahin, deserves 5 stars because she done what other agents couldn't do and helped me activate my account after being told continously to be patient. Thank you Shahin for your service and your help🙏🏻
