My experience was not so good, it works for 1days and stops

My experience was not so good, it works for 1days and stops. I have not been able to watch tv sometimes 5 days, the signal wil be connected but yet my Tv and whts up wil say no internet connection. The only thing i enjoyed was talking to the support agents,they are very nice,they always try their best to help you.
