My company OKUHLE TILES is being affected because of Rain i dont think i will recommend them to anyone
I ordered the router from Rain which was delivered in two days and everything was ok in November and the first week of Dec. Since then until now i dont have data .I called them twice and reported my problem they keep saying they will escalate the matter but still today im without data. No sms or calls from Rain. The sad part is i dont even know if i would be helped and when coz i work from home so i really need the data im really frustrated or should i cancel Rain the other thing is my neibours have data and i dont

22 Dec 2022, 08:17Thank you so much for getting back to me. Your technical team came and fixed the data problem they changed the inside router and put one outside on the roof they worked until 10pm and finally got it working.
