My bank card keeps getting debited even though I canceled my subscription

Dear rain please stop processing a debit order against my account. I canceled my rain subscription and I called to ask you to stop and 8 don't understand why you are still trying to process payment. My account charges me for every attempt please stop it. I honestly feel like I should be get the bank chargers refunded because I called you about this issue and your consultant said it won't happen again.
