I must compliment rain on the excellent service received over the last couple of days ...

No. 1: rain is still the most affordable data service provider in SA.

I spent a long time comparing prices and had a good look at the hidden restrictions that some service providers offer ... Let's be realistic, what service providers CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) will phone you directly on a Sunday on your mobile number to assist with signal issues, due to loadshedding and equipment theft.

I was so impressed that they made alternative arrangements to ensure that I have uninterrupted coverage to continue with my daily network needs, whilst rain was attending to the bigger picture. I think it's all about our approach and that we should sometimes just take a step back, look at our country and how businesses are struggling to deliver top service under these conditions.
