my advice to Rain South Africa is simple. Build systems for a smooth service delivery and not unecessary apps that do not support flowless delivery of services to all clients. I order from outside of the country for a route for my family to ensure connectivity. Today I cancelled the order for 2 reasons: 1. No responsiveness from your support team. 2. You use rigorous delivery services and requirement but the least effort to delivery to customers. Quick to quit. This is disappointing and I can’t use rain. I had my doubts and my first order just validated my doubts.
