My account was suspended even though I paid.

I Paid may Rain acount via the "pay now" option on your website but today my account was suspended and says I have not paid. When I Click "pay now" again it says "Error: there is a payment pending". This is quite frustrating as I use the Internet for a bulk of my work. I have tried numerous times to change my banking details to no avail. I paid but I was disconnected
