My account was debited twice on Month of October

I have been having struggles with them getting back to me regarding the double debit they did to my account, but today I was assisted by some Guy I forgot his name but he assisted me very nicely regarding this matter and it was resolved after 28 days of call and sending Proof of payment to Rain with no luck
