My 60mb/s line still not activated
Hi any news Rain. Im still waiting in anticipation. Why hasnt my 60mb/s been activated yet? Its over 2 weeks already. So ive paid pro rata for absolutely nothing. Please give me an answer asap

07 May 2025, 21:17Also why does my line drop to 3mb/s every evening from 18:00 until 23:00. Im paying for a 30 mb/s line,not 3mb/s. And now ive upgraded to 60mb/s and wasted my money for not getting the speeds i pay for and no service whatsoever. If you dont have an answer by tomorrow, i will have to find another service provider unfortunately. I cant struggle like this anyomore. Ive been patient long enough now
