My 4g data to my simcards have not been allocated as yet

My 4g data to my simcards have not been allocated as yet. I contacted Rain via whatsapp on 2, 3, 5 and 6 September 2025 to request my 4G data to be loaded, the bot, leila, rep**** to all my messages ensuring me that it will escallate the matter and have it sorted in no time. Today, 10 september 2025, I still have not received the data on my simcards which I paid my subscription for september on 26 August 2025 already, sending proof of payment to rain on numerous occasions. This is not the kind of service I am used to getting from Rain.
