Good day. Well the only conversation we can had is through hallo Peter. This the only time they really phone you back or to help you to sort out the problem. So I going to try again because I already look out for another service provider who wants to help me. I still cant phone from my sim card. The guy did help me and said I must phone him from the sim and then we know if it works. And he not even bother to phone me back when I cant phone him. Secondly. I must pay rain R499 a month. I not going to pay for what I not get so and I can only pay on rain. So if the not going to correct it on app I not going to pay nothing intill they pass credit and correct itt on App. So bad is rain. Never ever use them for service prohider.
