I took a contract with Rain the loop unlimited on the 25th October 2025 and I'm paying R695 and I was told is unlimited for the address that is located and get extra 10 gig for outside my located address and today the 22nd of November message came in saying my 10 gigs is finished and when I query about that I'm told that I need to buy data because my 10 gigs is finished and I have never used it outside my address and I can't use the unlimited without the outzone data that I was never explained and how did my 10 gigs run out while I'm at my located address,Rain is a ****
