I calls to cancel my subscription in June, and I have since debited every month, every month I cancel and still get debited either way. I last spoke to Yaseen who ensured me that It would be canceled and I would be refunded but a few days later I was debited AGAIN!! I'm si frustrated the customer care and this entire process I am now paying 2 internet subscriptions because I can't get rain to simply CANCEL!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM
