Guys im so dissapointed in the level of customer service we are recieving.My house was broken into 3 months ago. And my rain 5g router was ******.Till today i have not recieved a new one and im being billed for simething i dnt have.And on the side im liable to pay 4000 for the ****** device.Is this fare ?
