Mr Onic Molemohi

I have to admit that after struggling to RICA my rain sim card and connect to the wifi yesterday I was at the verge of giving up on rain and go to another network probably Telkom. Not because setting up rain network was not easy but mainly because there were no rain numbers to be called for enquirers, the only option is emails and who knows when will an agent respond to your email when you need help right now. However with agent Mr Onic Molemohi the speed of his response was beyond my expectations. in addition, when he was helping me he was so patient and even when I was not doing exactly what he told me to do at times, he would still remain patient more than me even though I was the one doing mistakes and he would say "Sipho let's start all over again and do it slowly this time. I am so greateful to be helped by him and I strongly believe that if I was helped by someone else they would not be as patient and there is a chance that my problem was not going to be solved.
