I have almost 3 months out of network, My service was suspended .The pay now option on the rain app is not going through. I tried on several occasions to get help from their call center I'm disappointed

The lady told me that if the payment cannot go through on the app there's nothing they can do

So now after updating the app I'm unable to make any payment and company cannot solve that such a horrible service I must say
