Bad network coverage, very bad customer service 😞😞 yhoo. Complained to the wall instead of company. They only good on sending case number/ref number.

23 Jul 2024, 18:46Still network not resolved, am having a bad network at home I can't do my work. Yet am paying for service which is bad.
Even today no one called me about my complain, but if it was those rich people made complain, I promise this would have been resolved within 24hrs.
