Mr Lehlohonolo Khumalo

I ordered my simcard online and was delivered with in 3 working days. I immediately called RAIN to activate the sim and i was assisted by Hloni Khumalo. This gentleman really knows his work and was very kind enough to assist and guide me through the activation process up until i was set up and up and running. He is the reason why i am now able to work from home since mid May. I recruited some of my work mates including my uncle to sign up with RAIN for their services and gave them his cellphone numbers to assist them in setting up and activation their simcards. They all called me back to thank me for introducing them to such a polite easy to talk to and ALWAYS willing to help gentleman. If we have any issues with connectivity we just call him directly and he will never complain that it's after office hours. He is ALWAYS willing to help and will make sure that your issues are resolved and you are happy. I have never ever received any such assistance from any service provider who is ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile. All i want to say is big ups to him as he is doing a great job in making sure that we the customers of RAIN are ALWAYS happy.
