Rain comes with the promises of high speed internet, in capped and unthrottled with no fair usage policy. I have been struggling for more than 2 weeks to get them to sort out the internet problem. The technicians came around the first time and said all was installed and working, they cable tied the device to our burglar bars!!!! Then the system runs till around 4pm and the **** starts. 30 advertise up to 30mbps line and should always run above 10mps. I have done speed test from 3 different app and 4 different devices, after 6pm our internet drops to 0.2mbps and spikes at 2.4mbps. This does not allow live streaming, Netflix or nothing. So why does one pay for a service and 2 weeks of emails, phone calls and pleading just to be helped? Even the manager promise to call you and sort this out, it's been 3 days and still nothing, now the manager does not even answer. Rain is hands down thee worst service provider int he country. I am canceling the service and will move oto any other provider. Even telkom is better than them.
