In 2022 November first week I log a ticket with rain regarding the network coverage that is poor, I also called rain to follow up many times and without enough feedback in December 2022, someone from support team told me the issue will be resolve and I will get the feedback, which no feedback received, I log a complaint as well on twitter about the network they promise to come back to me and no feedback, I have been paying for November and December with poor service, Now what makes me angry is In February 2023 R499 was taken and few minutes latter I get the SMS that state debit order was not successful, I was thinking about the money will come back to my account and till today nothing come back, and In March Rain Debit R499, on top of that from February every day I get the charges of R8.50 when rain debiting every day to my account and today in the morning R8.50 was debited

I need my refund back ASAP, THIS IS RIPOFF Crip
