MOST USELESS PROVIDER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

I would give RAIN a 0 rating if i could.....

So i ordered a 24/7 4G package from rain to be able to work from home during lockdown.

I am well within their 4G Coverage network so i awaited my sim which was delivered about a week after the order was placed (this was the only good thing i experienced.... which isn't even that good of a delivery time).

So i inserted my Sim card into my LTE router and low and behold i had internet.....well not really as i had a speed of 0.02Mbs Down and 0.0Mbs upload.

Checked speeds over two days and even tried to chat to RAIN (Which has absolutely no customer support). Finally got through and was told it is due to undersea cables that are damaged.... Do they think we are idiots.... The speed test is done locally to a cape town server not EU or any other country.

I cancelled my RAIN after i had it for two days..... I am not paying R479 a month for "Unlimited" unusable internet.

IF you are looking at getting RAIN "DON'T"
