MOST PATHETUC SERVICE EVER

I am truly unhappy with the service they give, they took over R1500 from my account today without my permission. I now need to wait for 48 hrs to get my money. This would not have happened if they just cancelled the services like I requested in January already. They have the app to make life easier when canceling but still nothing seems to go easy with them. I cancelled both sims I had with them in January 2022 but money is still going off. No man guys it's not professional at all. Pathetic!!!! Super annoyed and angry !!!!!
