MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER!

I had rain for 2.5 months and the service has just been pathetic! I've canceled it and it's still pathetic! I was told that when I cancel the sim I only pay for the days I used it... I canceled on 19 July... At the end of July, the whole R479 went off and I refuse to pay it!

The person eventually said I'll get a refund of R186 (after 10000 messages), which was APPARENTLY done on 3 August... I STILL DON'T HAVE IT! They said it takes 7-10 business days.... Although it takes only 3 seconds for you to take our money!

Now I'm told that you don't owe me a refund!

I want my money A.S.A.P!!! I want my money and then I want nothing to do with you ever again!
