Most pathetic service provider

Ive joined rain in the beginning of this month and ive taken the highest package the 5G, but honest rain is a pathetic service and i would advise never to join them as they take your money and keep disconnecting you, it actually cost me more money because i must call the support and send emails continuously and every agent say yes theres nothing they can do the towers are down, im basically paying for a service that i cant use, so they took money from me and now im not able to use the service, im so annoyed and because everything is **** of rain there site, customer service and support group, they *********** and dont deeserve to be a service provider, they should band as a service provider because they basically ******** people from there money. Dont ever join rain period!!!!!!
