Most pathetic internet provider ever!!

One of the worst service provoders I've ever come across in my life!!! So first of all they advertise as uncapped internet, but they seem to be capping the internet close to month end every damn month. We've been without internet for about 2 weeks now. I got a ticket number and they emailed me back once!! I've been waiting for a response ever since. Payment went off today and still no internet. I'm so fed up with this place and the fact that you can never contact anybody to assisst you. I've tried everything to try and restore connection but nothing! Please don't ever use this provider as an internet provider. They are pathetic!!!
