MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIANCE

If I could give negative stars we would be on -5!! I got a sim from takealot registered it online Paid the upfront money of R479 immediatly. and nothing. It is now almost 3 weeks later 14 mails to support as there is no available call centre, then I get a response and I am on mail 7 already with no respnse yet and I am unable to reverse the money and no one is getting back to me not even the other media platformas are responding THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIANCE I HAVE EVER RECIVED FROM AN ISP!!! All I want is my sim to work
