Most pathetic cumtomer service ever!
I am literally pulling out my hair because of this bad customer service.my problem was resolved.i was promised my whole refund but only got a part of it. Ive been sending emails everyday for 8 days now and still no response and monday i have to pay or they cut my internet. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic! Never will i ever recomend Rain to anyone!
