MOST PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER!!
I've been waiting for a proper response from them for 3 weeks now. According to them I used there data and they charged me for it.... However I canceled and got uncapped Fibre so I had no reason to use their unreliable wifi. On top of that they gave me 4 different excuses as to why they debited..... And up until today no one has contacted me.
