MOST incompetant service provider ever RAIN

So we had on going complications with this pathetic internet service provider, we decided to move to another service provider, it got so bad that they even told us over the phone they will give us one month subscription back and then cut off our internet instead of actually working and correcting the slow if non existent internet connection, no that we have canceled our sim and stopped paying them they keep on harassing us.
