most horrible service - avoid

I Would Give less than one star if I Could.

honestly the worst service provider, should be avoided at all costs.

I was struggling to cancel there service - which buy the way is a month to month thing. They say you can cancel on the Web page or on the app, I tried everything there is no way to cancel.

I requested several times for assistance and support - with no feed back or anything.

eventually after a month of numerus emails I received a call stating I need to settle an outstanding amount for them to cancel.

i prayed the outstanding amount and they said that's all I have to pay for them to close it.

the cancelation pends till the first of the month now they want me to pay again.

honestly the audacity - most horrible service - avoid

I struggled even more to get their service to begin with...
