Most horrible network

My name Humphrey, We have been calling Rain since last week complaining about no service for hours. They said our towers are down. We must wait 4hours then restart. Like🤬 they aren't solving the issue, they tell us to pay full amount for no service???!

Then Luca their customer service agent says " if it doesn't come back after 4hours, you can do what you want sir"😡...
