Most ********** service provider of the century!

I have an issue with RAIN for the past three days, we have no internet. Tried sending a support request on the website, and I was advised a consultant will be in touch but to this day, no one has bothered to contact me.

I tried calling their support center to raise my issue, but that was a waste of my time because I was only told that my case has been escalated and still not resolved to this day.

If you are coerced to join by their lies to promise to offer uninterrupted service and attend to you when you have an issue with your network, think again because the only thing they will do right is to debit your account but other than that, RAIN has got ****ty non-existent customer service.

Rather shop for a service somewhere else because should something go wrong you will be left unattended and your issue unresolved all the while they keep debiting your account.

RAIN really does take first place for the ********** service of the century!!!
