Most frustrating company to work with

Most frustrating company to work with. Extremely quick to call back on a quote request and "getting" the sale, but their promises and delivery of the product/router via CCD couriers are useless. Ordered my router as a new client some 10 days ago with an initial promise of having the device some 2 days later. Been 10 days and still no delivery. I was requested that whomever receive the device at home must present my original ID document and proof of address. Which were both available. Now suddenly I had to be present and not just anyone?!?!? We live in 2025, surely my ID and proof of address (at the address they are delivering to,) should be sufficient. Or at least have me sign a consent form for a 3rd party to receive the device. But this is apparently not an option. @Rain, try using Courier Guy, at least they deliver as promised
