Most **** client service in the world

The one star i add to give to be possible to write the review is not even worth time second it took me to click. Worst service in the world. The sim was cancelled in September but i had to pay another amount. After the amount was paid i had to call the centre to see why the service isnt back on. I was then informed that due to the sim that was cancelled i cannot resume the service but they still billed me. What the hell? After trying to get a refund they had so many excuses. Almost 3 weeks later and no refund. Try calling them, good luck. You get put through to the accounts department and the call gets dropped after being on hold forever. I wish i could give rain a -1000 review!!!!
