More than pathetic service

Rain is more than pathetic. I have endless problems and even lost a client. The consultants repeat the same phrases which I have tried so many times!!!! But no action. Left messages but nobody reverts back to me. Without connection for days now !!!! They "understand" the frustration. Rain must sort this out immediately or the legal option will be followed.
