More money for wifi that doesn't work

I recently down graded my package becuase i was honestly not even getting the speeds I was paying for and all fine and well Till:

The beginning of this here I've been told to pay merely double of what I supposed to. I've requested a call back since I did my part and did a partial pay on my acc.

Now I still have no internet since the the beginning of the month and I must still venture the rest of the month with no wifi too. Why should I pay for something double what I was choose and now I ha e paid half atleast to have wifi and I don't have that to

Its ridiculous and all just money making

I get **** speeds I get no internet this month And i know im going to have to pay at the end of the month knowing that I bearly got to use any and im sorry I'm not paying double

The website even states I'm not in arrers but I've been getting sms stating I am
