More like a prolonged Drought because rain is meant to bring growth

I was forced to give Rain at least 1 Star just to be able to write this review. They don't deserve it - That's how abysmal their service is. All one has to do is look at how many complaints about Rain there are for just one day - that should tell you something. Rain's customer service is virtually non-existent and it's a wonder that people still sign on with them. But once they've got you and your credit card number they no longer seem to take an interest in their customers. A supposedly uncapped service is so badly throttled that it might as well be a super basic connection. There's nothing fast about Ran. A more appropriate name would be Drought! My wife and I work from home and rely on the internet for our living. We'll be out of jobs if it carries on like this for longer (we feel like they are constantly throttling our bandwidth - I have never know anything so slow). Fortunately, however, there is a bright side because Rain has forced us to look elsewhere for someone who appreciates their customers and we will probably end up going with another service provider - one that works for and deserves our money. Rain's a waste of time and energy.
